We are seeking an experienced Senior Administration Manager to join our team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24x7 support for our cloud infrastructure system and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily maintenance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support Cloud Infrastructure: Provide round-the-clock assistance for cloud infrastructure systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Responsible for daily operation maintenance, including backups, updates, and security patches to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Cloud Experience: Good knowledge and strong understanding of major cloud platforms, with expertise in compute, storage, backup & recovery, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Exposure to Red Hat Openshift, Containers, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Huawei HCS, MySQL, Redis.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud operations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, and Mandarin knowledge a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with financial industry and understanding of banking technical architecture is preferred.
