Your Role

As a Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Specialist, your primary objective will be to execute our business strategy by minimizing operational risk and operating costs while optimizing service delivery and profits across the region. You will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build, empower, and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Responsible for order management of the ISC team in Asia Pacific and collaborate with national members on account operation.
  • Responsible for standard procedure, KPI driving, and data management to improve the sales portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Enable the team to deliver against operational commitments and development plans.
  • Ensure audit program governance and maturity while ensuring improvement plans are documented and delivered against.
  • Proactively participate in business reviews and ensure supply chain value roadmaps create mutual value.
  • Drive standardization and scalability of operational processes and control environments.
  • Translate structural/recurring issues and risks into functional requirement specifications for the development of new systems, processes, controls, training, policies, and facilities.
  • Act as support to projects and initiatives relating to improving customer acquisition, implementations, and product/system development.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • A proven track record in leadership and focus on operational excellence, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, will be key to your success.
  • You have been selected for this role because of your knowledge across our operations and services, and because you possess the key attributes we are looking for in this role.
  • It is required that the candidate is skilled in sea freight or quite familiar with the business models of freight forwarding, etc.
  • It is preferred that the candidate has a supply chain education background.
  • It is preferred that the candidate is familiar with Tableau, Power BI, and tools of digitalization or data visualization.
  • It is required that the candidate is fluent in English, and Chinese is a preferred language.
