Job Overview

As a Sales Associate at Global Sage Hong Kong, you will play a key role in driving sales efforts with Japanese institutional and UHNW/HNW clients in Asia. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Relationship Manager in coordinating business development and client servicing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Coordinate with the Senior Relationship Manager to drive sales efforts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Servicing: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of client requests.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage reporting for client accounts and assist in compiling presentation materials for internal and external client meetings.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Project Management: Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned and be responsible for the quality and satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Education: University Degree(s) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of capital markets, sales, or related experience with a reputable financial institution.
  • Skills: Sound knowledge of the financial capital market, strong business acumen, and good analytical skills.
  • Language: Excellent coordination and communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese.
