Bakery Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Bakery Trainee to join our team at Tsui Wah Group. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality bakery products, including pastries and other related items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the production of bakery products, including mixing, baking, and decorating
  • Support the development of new products and recipes
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and meet customer expectations
  • Minimum Form 3 education and a minimum of two years' relevant bakery experience
  • Strong team spirit and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
