Bakery Trainee Job Description

At Tsui Wah Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of Bakery Items: Assist in the production of high-quality bakery items, including bread, pastries, and other related products.
  • New Product Development: Support the development of new products and improve existing recipes.
  • Work Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work station, including the bakery equipment.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery.
  • Qualifications: Form 3 or above, with a minimum of two years of relevant bakery experience.
  • Personality Traits: Responsible and with a strong team spirit.
