  • Coordinate payment and shipping instructions, ensuring timely confirmation of shipments
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Development, Production, and Warehouse teams to drive business objectives

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests such as editing orders, coordinating artwork arrangements, and frequent follow-ups to confirm shipment details
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Proactively communicate with customers to prevent issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer support, sales coordination, or merchandising in the garment, trims, textiles, or packaging industry
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
  • No travel required
  • 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm)
  • Annual leave: 12 days
