Position Overview:

As a key member of our Investment Banking team at Jefferies, you will play a pivotal role in executing complex transactions and providing strategic financial advisory services to clients across Asia. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop critical relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution and drive business growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and pitches.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation to deliver exceptional results.
  • Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients and drive business development.
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions to drive business growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages such as Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is advantageous.
