About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our team at Crypto. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior investment professionals in due diligence procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Origination: Originate and lead investments in cooperation with the capital team and senior management.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of various investment opportunities to identify potential returns and risks.
  • Due Diligence Support: Support senior investment professionals in due diligence procedures, research, and financial modeling.
  • Reporting and Investor Updates: Prepare materials for senior professionals to use in client meetings and support the firm's engagement with institutional investors.
  • Relationship Management: Ongoing relationship management with assigned companies and fund managers, including monitoring of investments, attendance of AGM, and advisory board meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of working experience in financial markets with a strong financial literacy and analytical skills.
  • Background: Experience in private equity, research, or investment banking would be an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills, strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making, financial modeling capability, solid demonstrated oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and strong computer skills, especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
