Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team at Novare Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with our Solution Consulting COE team to review and validate new customer requirements and opportunities, ensuring the ability to optimize solutions, deals, and delivery capabilities.
  2. Establish Trusted Advisor Status: Develop strong relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders, driving the creation of application and architectural design documents that leverage Data & Analytics best practices.
  3. Review and Correct Project/Program Direction: Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure solutions are extendable and maintainable.
  4. Develop Technical Solution Designs: Develop technical solution designs and recommendations using Cloud, Data, and Analytics technology for complex customer use cases that align with the business value the customer is trying to achieve.
  5. Lead Presentations and Learning Events: Lead formal presentations, webinars, and other learning events tailored to field delivery stakeholders (advisory, delivery, GTM, etc.) to showcase customer use cases and reference architectures.
  6. Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Provide ad hoc subject matter expertise as warranted by customer needs and business demands, including but not limited to practice operations, pre-sales support, and field assistance.
  7. Establish Mutually Beneficial Relationships: Establish mutually beneficial relationships with Novare Technologies and Customer stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with Internal teams to ensure roadmap and technical architecture alignment; serve as customer and technical advocate and liaison to Novare Technologies.
  9. Help Customers Translate Needs into Solutions: Help customer business owners translate and implement real-world needs into practical, state-of-the-art solutions.
  10. Develop New Business Opportunities: Collaborate with Product Management, SCA, Sales, Industry Solutions, and Technology Partner teams to develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
  1. 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture disciplines.
  2. Education and Certifications: MIT or MIS is ideal but not required; ITIL certification is a bonus.
  3. Cloud Architecture Knowledge: Good understanding of and ability to discuss cloud architecture and principles of modern platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure.
  4. Enterprise Application Integration: Good understanding of enterprise application integration technologies as well as common EA topics such as person-based journeys, process orchestration, master data management, analytics and insights, and artificial intelligence.
  5. Data & Analytics Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of Data & Analytic products and platforms – features, capabilities, best practices, and deployment, including knowledge of the MDI ecosystem.
  6. Complex Account Experience: Experience dealing with large-scale, technologically complex accounts, which are constantly challenging product capabilities.
  7. Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  8. Security Knowledge: Good understanding of security processes, standards, and issues involved in multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications.
  9. Industry or Vertical Solutions: Familiarity with industry or vertical solutions is a plus.
  10. Network, Application, and Information Security: Familiarity with principles of network, application, and information security.
  11. Study New Technologies: A particular desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as to be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
  12. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience and evangelize best practices.
  13. Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
