**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain Management Information (MI) reporting for the Transaction Surveillance Unit and FCSS, and design automated solutions for investigations.
  • Ensure all investigations of alerts generated by the automated transaction surveillance system and unusual activity escalations are performed in line with applicable procedures and guidelines.
  • Design, develop, and optimize processes and tools in support of investigations and MI reporting.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit/IT teams to develop and streamline data collection processes.
  • Assist in the rollout of transaction monitoring-related projects and investigative tools, and propose control or process improvements, enhancements, and simplifications.

**Requirements**

  • University graduate
  • Good knowledge of data management tools (e.g., Qlikview, Python, Microsoft Access, Excel) is highly recommended
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements of AML/CFT and compliance principles and corporate governance practices is an advantage
  • Knowledge of consumer, corporate, and private banking products, services, and transactions is preferable
  • Good compliance and risk control concepts
  • Ability to cope with a highly demanding and fast-paced banking environment
  • Competency to work in a matrix international organization
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to network, successfully engage, and influence business
