About the Role:
- Evaluate social issues, applicant backgrounds, and proposed program feasibility to determine support-worthiness.
- Liaise with applicants regarding proposal vetting processes while managing administrative tasks.
- Support Executives in preparing donation documents and annexes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement in Trust-initiated Projects and Priority 1 Projects.
- Oversee annual donations ranging from $100 to $300 million.
- Conduct research on social issues and initiatives to support project development.
- Track approved projects, ensuring timely implementation and assessing change requests.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects, preparing presentation materials and speeches as required.
- Support the organization of Charities team activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Six to eight years' relevant experience in related fields.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent writing abilities in English and Chinese.
- Demonstrated passion and strong interest in charity work.
