Position Overview

As a Client Relations Associate at Brunswick Group, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients and executing strategies across various accounts. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality workstreams while proactively generating innovative ideas.

Your ability to persuade a diverse range of stakeholders regarding clients' perspectives in critical scenarios will be essential, as will your strong relationships with clients to articulate how these objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of client accounts across multiple sectors and practice areas, overseeing workflow and essential tasks (e.g., client communications, preparation of materials).
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on various issues and communication strategies, supported by Directors/Partners and leveraging your own insights.
  • Comprehend intricate sector challenges and the viewpoints of media, regulators, NGOs, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Manage complex interactions related to media and policy, utilizing advanced knowledge of the media landscape and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Contribute significantly to team management and dynamics, facilitating smooth transitions and mentoring junior team members on a daily basis.
  • Engage actively in identifying new business opportunities and securing new clients and projects, including participation in pitch meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a network of journalist and stakeholder contacts, proactively seeking new business prospects and media relationships.
