HSSE Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled HSSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety, security, and environmental practices within our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, training employees, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training and awareness programs on HSSE topics, including proper equipment handling, emergency response, and workplace ergonomics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSSE regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HSSE concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSSE activities, including incident reports, training records, and safety inspections.

• Diploma or above level in Occupational Safety and Health / Environmental, Safety Science or other related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant post-working experience in HSSE field, with warehouse storage industry experience preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling demanding situations.
