We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Senior International Payment Product Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of retail international payments initiatives to ensure quality deliverables that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop business strategic KPIs or initiatives aimed at achieving seamless customer experiences, streamlining operations, and sustaining business growth and competitive edge.
  • Maintain timely communication with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements align with business objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage initiatives addressing changing customer and business needs.
  • Prepare strategy papers, business proposals, and reports for senior management presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date on compliance requirements and initiate necessary internal and external communication plans, procedural changes, and system updates.
Requirements
  • University degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years' experience in retail international payments product management or related fields, with prior experience in digital channel development or multi-functional projects advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Numerate, positive, flexible, and self-motivated individual.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, able to navigate conflicting priorities.
  • Proven situation awareness, strong desire to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with database, VBS, statistics, and MI would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this position is HKD 60,000 - HKD 80,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a dynamic working environment, good career development opportunities, and competitive compensation packages.
