We are seeking a Compliance expert to join our team as Compliance Expert APAC.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the Compliance Program in APAC and reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at Moody's Corporation.

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in Compliance, dealing with regulators, and exceptional leadership ability.

The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in Compliance or a related field, with a proven track record of excellence in interacting with global regulators and supporting diverse internal client groups.

The selected candidate will also have strong oral and written communication skills, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business environments.

About the Role:

The Compliance Expert APAC will serve as the senior point of contact for all Compliance matters in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on key Compliance risks, providing Compliance advice and guidance to Moody's businesses in the APAC region, and serving as the senior point of contact for regulatory supervisory matters in APAC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, law, or other finance-related discipline.
  • Qualifications or licenses in law or Compliance are highly desirable.
