Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage centre operations and provide leadership support
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners and practitioners
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor financial metrics and analyse clinical operations to ensure high patient outcomes and compliance
  • Foster a positive work culture and facilitate staff development
  • Provide project management and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in centre operations, preferably in healthcare/clinic setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Maturity, self-motivation and passion for fast-paced environments
  • Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English, including Mandarin
