About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Jet Transport Pilot Trainer (A330/A350) to join our team in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training activities, collaborating with the development of courseware and training materials, and monitoring student progress.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for students.
- Work closely with the instructional design team to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to ensure they meet required standards.
- Collaborate with other instructors to maintain high-quality training standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1000 hours pilot-in-command experience on a multi-crew jet transport.
- Hold or have held a valid Simulator Instructor Rating or equivalent certification.
- CASA-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with a minimum ICAO English level 5.
- Previous experience in Airline/ATO training and simulator instruction.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
