The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Growth Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establishing and strengthening relationships with customers to ensure fair outcomes for all customer types.
  2. Communicating new products, propositions, and market information to customers through effective support.
  3. Developing sales skills and product knowledge among distribution channel personnel to enhance customer engagement.
  4. Generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue for existing businesses through strategic plans and strategies.
  5. Cross-selling opportunities with branch managers, relationship managers, and product specialists to maximize bank benefits.
  6. Participating in events and initiatives to capture new business opportunities and protect the bank's reputation.
