Product Development Manager, R&D, NPD Project Lead

Job Title: Product Development Manager, R&D, NPD Project LeadWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Manager to lead our new product development (NPD) efforts. This role will involve overseeing four sub-teams, ensuring efficient workflows, and driving project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage the NPD timeline to ensure timely project completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal communication, coordinating effectively with various departments.
- Manage communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and oversee on-site work to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle, balancing innovation with feasibility and market needs.
- Support information search and provide critical information regarding product inquiries from other departments.
- Collaborate with the research team to integrate scientific insights into product development.
- Master / PhD in Chinese Medicine, Biochemistry, Biologicals Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in health product/food product development, with solid team management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-departmental integration.
- Good communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Cantonese & English.
