Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software QA Lead to join our team at ConnectedGroup. As a key member of our Quality Engineering Organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining test suites, providing manual release support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using modern TypeScript tools such as Playwright and Cypress.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations on testing approaches.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple apps and services in a distributed cloud environment.
  • Debug production bugs and errors, and update test cases to ensure edge case coverage.
  • Contribute to the improvement of industry best practices and up-leveling of the Quality Engineering Organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and continuously improve existing tools and processes to support a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
  • Strong experience with modern TypeScript automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with Playwright is a plus, but experience with Cypress or other frameworks is also beneficial.
  • Experience working in agile and CI/CD environments.
  • Must have automation testing experience.
