**About the Role**
We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical Service Manager to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing a technical team handling system, network, database administration, and IT operations for government projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure design and implementation, with a focus on delivering large-scale projects in the government sector.
In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale IT infrastructure, provide technical advice and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders, and design network architecture and system infrastructure for cost-effective and scalable solutions. You will also ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place, and coordinate with vendors for system hardware/software delivery, installation, and support.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related disciplines, and a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years in infrastructure design and implementation, preferably in government projects. Strong knowledge in network design, large-scale PC deployment, system security, clustering, SAN storage, and backup solutions is also required.
