About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading accounts receivable and payable management, treasury functions, and cash flow monitoring & projections. They will also be expected to revamp/enhance workflow/processes to increase efficiency and strengthen monitoring, drive & execute continuous process improvement, and prepare account analysis with prompt follow-up/actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a sizable team of around 20, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Manage Macau, China, and overseas subsidiaries/associates, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in audit processes, statutory and tax filings, and ensure timely implementation of new regulatory requirements.
  • Handle business analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and implement finance policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in a sizable company, preferably in the construction/engineering industry and listed company experience.
  • Sound knowledge of HK & PRC regulatory & tax requirements, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling.
  • Leadership skills to foster an environment of collaboration and drive changes to enhance efficiency, with good interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $1,200,000 - $1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
