Executive Access Senior Legal Specialist

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for legal support within Executive Access, including providing strategic advice on investment transactions and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asset management, private equities, and financial services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal guidance to both primary investment and asset management teams
  • Review and advise on investment-related transaction documents, proactively addressing legal and regulatory concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective corporate governance and commercial agreements
  • Support new business initiatives and products, assisting in structuring considerations and drafting/reviewing legal documentation
  • Manage external counsel resources effectively

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in HK/U.K./Common Law jurisdiction
  • Solid experience and knowledge of PE transactions
  • Prior in-house legal experience in fund management is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and work ethics, with the ability to work independently and possess good commercial acumen
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is required
