Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at JC Executive Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be able to provide expert legal advice to our clients in Hong Kong and the PRC.

About the Role:
  • Provide legal support for our clients' business operations in Hong Kong and the PRC
  • Manage external legal advisors in employment-related matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts and policies
  • Conduct training sessions for internal business units on employment law and company policies
Requirements:
  • University degree with a focus on law, preferably an LLB and PCLL or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general corporate/commercial law
  • Relevant experience in private practice or in-house, preferably in employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Legal Counsel
