About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to join Redress as the Education Senior Manager for the Redress Design Award. You will be responsible for developing and implementing education initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
You will work closely with the Programme Director and Strategic Education Director to ensure that all education-related activities are delivered to a high standard.
">Responsibilities
">- Develop new education initiatives for each cycle of the Redress Design Award.
- Lead the execution of educational content for the Redress Academy platform.
- Identify and manage competition judges.
- Manage the calendar for all education-related deliverables.
- Develop key relationships with university partners.
- Lead live education events.
- Measure outcomes against key education deliverables.
About You
">We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful individual with experience in curriculum development and/or direct teaching experience at a tertiary education level.
A strong team player with excellent multi-tasking skills and passion for creating positive change through education is essential for this role.
">Requirements
">- Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant business or nonprofit role.
- Understanding of current issues, trends, and challenges in sustainable / circular fashion.
- Experience in curriculum development and/or direct teaching experience at a tertiary education level.
- Experience in a managerial position; NGO experience a plus.
- Eligible to live and work in Hong Kong.
- Familiarity with Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
