The Quality Team at NVIDIA is in search of a Senior PQE with robust technical expertise in system data centers, PCBA manufacturing, functional testing, and customer complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer grievances and conducting failure analysis on CPU and automotive chip products.
  • Identifying containment measures and communicating quality issue updates to customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for customer complaints.
  • Compiling findings from analyses and driving initiatives for quality enhancement.
  • Participating in discussions regarding material dispositions and change requests.
  • Gathering updates from internal teams and suppliers to produce comprehensive internal or customer-facing 8D reports.
  • Employing data analysis tools to create ad-hoc or routine reports on product quality.
  • Offering technical assistance for on-site verification activities and addressing technical inquiries from customers regarding verification equipment setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Computer Engineering related) or equivalent experience.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Application / Test fields.
  • Proficient in CPU architecture and technology as well as automotive infotainment systems.
  • Experienced in chip-level failure analysis and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Advantest V93000 Tester.
  • Knowledgeable in system-level testing.
  • Experienced in test equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Board Failure Analysis is advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of GPU/CPU product infrastructure and testing methodologies.
  • Strong technical and debugging skills in test equipment and test program troubleshooting.
