Join Our Team as a Senior Manager, IT Audit

Airwallex is a leading financial technology platform that empowers businesses to accept payments, move money globally, and simplify their financial operations. As a Senior Manager, IT Audit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our systems and data.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement audit methodologies, plans, and procedures to assess IT infrastructure, cyber security, data privacy, and other IT-related risks.
  • Plan and execute IT audit cycles, including risk assessments, audit planning, data and control testing, report drafting, and providing recommendations to management.
  • Develop and implement CAATs to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to management on audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external teams to drive IT/SOX audit projects when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in internal audit, with a strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for audit management and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
