Lead Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and various daily financial tasks.
  • Execute month-end financial close processes and generate periodic management reports.
  • Conduct project cost evaluations and collaborate closely with project leaders on all financial aspects.
  • Facilitate annual audits and provide support for all tax-related issues.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting, along with relevant professional certifications.
  • At least 8 years of pertinent accounting experience in multinational firms, with a preference for candidates with audit background.
  • Candidates with lesser experience or qualifications may be considered for a junior accounting role.
  • Strong commitment to responsibilities, ability to work independently, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy while maintaining a positive team environment.
  • Previous experience in project-oriented accounting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Candidates should be based in the region.
  • Preference will be given to local residents.
