- You will work closely with actuaries in local offices, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and review pricing bases and models, ensuring they meet the company's standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-market projects to drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Reinsurance and/or Insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a management position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of actuarial principles and techniques.
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent designation.
- Regional pricing and/or reinsurance experience would be an advantage.
