Role Purpose

  • Collaborate with engineers to perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot defects, and implement rectification measures;
  • Lead a team of mechanics to maintain daily operations, ensuring adherence to work programs and prescribed standards;
  • Plan and allocate manpower to meet the demands of aircraft maintenance activities, guaranteeing efficient and safe operations;
  • Ensure strict compliance with airworthiness regulations and safety procedures;
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including work cards and records;
  • Ensure all company vehicles are clean and tidy, reporting any defects or accidents promptly;
  • Maintain a clean and organized ramp office;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Line Maintenance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience in aircraft maintenance;
  • possess at least 8 years of experience in airlines M&E/MRO, including 2 years of supervisory experience, with familiarity with the Airbus A320 series being advantageous;
  • Be proficient in using or reading technical manuals;
  • Exercise sound judgment in team environments and aircraft maintenance settings;
  • Be willing to work variable shifts;
  • Possess excellent spoken and written English skills, with Chinese language proficiency being a plus.
