Senior Business Software Solutions Developer

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Software Solutions Developer to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance of our business software solutions, including technical support and development.
">About the Role:
">- You will analyze system requirements and develop new solutions where required, ensuring that they meet the needs of our business functions such as sales order, purchasing, planning, finance, D2C, and 3PL providers.
- You will maintain existing business software solutions, including improvements and re-developments, to ensure that they continue to meet the evolving needs of our business.
- You will collaborate with our wider IT function and business functions to ensure that all internally developed system training is provided and changes are communicated effectively.
- You will provide both bespoke and ad-hoc reporting services to the business, generating reports and raw data in line with user requirements.
- You will work with our wider IT Development team to prioritize incoming maintenance and development requests.
About You:
">- You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a retail background, using MSSQL, Sybase, Delphi, C#, XML, and FTP.
- You have working knowledge of HTML, Java Script, and web technologies, which is preferable.
- You have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with reporting tools.
- You are a proactive problem-solver, positive team player, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a multi-cultural corporate setting with direct users and external agencies/suppliers.
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to build solid internal working relationships.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
