About the Role

We are seeking a skilled journalist to join our team at WomenTech Network as a China E-commerce Reporter. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for researching and writing high-quality articles on the latest developments in China's e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and write in-depth articles on China's e-commerce market, including trends, innovations, and company profiles.
  • Conduct interviews with industry experts, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to gather insights and information.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest news and developments in the e-commerce industry, including regulatory changes, market trends, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with other journalists and editors to ensure consistency and quality in our content.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality articles on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business and/or financial journalism.
  • Exceptional writing and research skills, with the ability to produce high-quality articles on a regular basis.
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce industry, including trends, innovations, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to build relationships with industry experts and thought leaders.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a real-time news environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
