A High-Performing Team Member
Hang Seng Bank is committed to excellence and seeks a high-caliber professional to join our Retail Distribution department as a Director Signature/Associate Director Signature.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke financial planning services to high-net-worth customers.
- Deliver all-rounded wealth management services to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote holistic wealth management services to optimize business opportunities.
- Support the team head in coaching Relationship Managers.
- Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- University degree in a related discipline or professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP.
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations.
- Fulfillment of competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
- Minimum of five years' experience in selling investment, insurance, and banking products.
- Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage.
- High level of customer centricity mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively.
- Strong situation awareness, desire to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Curiosity and passion to think deeply and rationally.
