At Crossings Executive Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Reporting Officer to lead our financial accounting and reporting function.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of relevant financial reports to regulatory bodies, champion the implementation of financial accounting and controlling systems, standards, and policies, and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and relevant standards, guidelines, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Financial Accounting and Reporting function to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • Lead a team of qualified financial professionals to prepare financial reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial accounting and controlling systems, standards, and policies to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain sound internal control and effectiveness in financial reporting to provide stakeholders with reliable financial information.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in accounting and/or finance with strong technical knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
  • Member of a recognized professional accounting organization with excellent leadership and influencing skills.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting from leading financial institutions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good command of English language, with fluency in Chinese an added advantage.
