Key Responsibilities- Financial Transactions and Reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including bookkeeping and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Financial Data Analysis: Extract and verify data from various reporting systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Digital Asset Management: Monitor and analyze digital asset balances at specific cut-off times and provide insights on digital asset movement.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate financial information.
- Process Improvement: Support the development and streamlining of workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties and ensure seamless communication.
- Education: Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Experience: Experience in banking, FinTech, cryptocurrency, and blockchain is highly valued.
- Skills: Basic data analytical skills and programming experience, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, VBA, and Excel formula is a plus.
