Role Overview
The Program
The Manager in Training (MIT) program is a comprehensive, 90-day initiative designed to immerse participants in all facets of managing a multi-million dollar enterprise. Training occurs within store environments, equipping you with essential management principles, including optimizing the in-store experience, recruitment, fostering inclusion and diversity, human resources, store operations, and visual merchandising.
Career Advancement
Completion of the training is a prerequisite for progression to the Assistant Manager position. Successfully finishing the program marks the initial step toward leadership roles. The company firmly believes in promoting from within, with all District Managers, Regional Managers, Directors, and even the Vice President of Stores having advanced through the MIT Program.
