Job Title: Key Holder

As a Key Holder at Hollister Co. Stores, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This leadership position requires assertiveness, analytical skills, and trustworthiness to lead a team of associates and ensure operational tasks are successful.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Foster a culture of learning and growth, providing opportunities for associates to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging environment that meets the needs of our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with associates, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and sales floors are well-organized.
  • Asset Protection: Implement and maintain effective asset protection strategies to prevent loss and ensure the security of our store.
  • Policies and Procedures Adherence: Ensure all associates understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of compliance.
