Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fixed-income market making activities to generate revenue and serve clients of Be Myjob Company Limited.
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities with clients over FX and Interest Rate Derivatives, demonstrating seasoned trading capability and risk management skills.
  • Design and develop new trading products in collaboration with other teams, including Sales and DCM.
  • Work together with the credit analyst on fundamental and technical analysis of bonds.


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience on a fixed income trading desk.
  • SFC Type 1 Securities license holder, FRM, CFA qualification is a plus.
  • Experience in fixed income product trading.
  • Solid trading experience in FICC markets.
  • Knowledge on Fixed Income products and markets.
  • Knowledge on derivatives, especially interest rate derivatives.
  • Solid experience in credit fundamental analysis.
  • Highly numerical, with the ability to multi-task.
  • High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (including Putonghua) and English.
