Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and improve business applications across the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using a full-stack approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Lead offshore development teams to deliver projects in an agile squad
  • Revamp existing systems into cloud-native platforms
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and documentation

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • Over 10 years of solid working experience in engineering roles
  • Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate delivery
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation projects
  • Good DevOps, API, and Web app development skills (technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Message queue)
  • Experience in Cloud platform (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience in RDBMS and NoSQL database
  • Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members; able to coach, participate in code reviews, share skills and methods
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
  • Good verbal and written communication; effectively articulates technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes

Nice to Haves:

  • Exposure to Data platform such as Databricks, Apache Spark
  • Exposure in other PaaS such as Salesforce, Alibaba cloud
  • Exposure in Campaign Management systems
  • Knowledge in SonarQube, Snyk Code, Burp Suite or others security scanning tools
  • Knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
