- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
3. Customer Experience
- Enhance customer service standards to deliver a superior client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer trust and loyalty.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and regulatory environment in Hong Kong.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
