The Senior Client Development Manager will work on developing and executing the overall business strategy of the Hong Kong studio, focusing on high-quality projects in Institutional and Health architecture, landscape architectural design, and hospitality interior design services. This role requires frequent travel into the Greater Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and build business with clients across Interior Design, Architecture, and Landscape service lines.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials for potential clients with the B+H marketing team.
  • Report to the Studio Principals in Hong Kong and Principal in Charge of projects.
  • Maintain relationships with local Tier 1 architect clients and international businesses.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in client development activities and driving proposals in a professional services design firm.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and persuasive influence skills.
  • Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, influence, collaborate, and be decisive.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin required to liaise with clients from the Greater China region.
