Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive user growth and revenue across global markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, headquarters, and agencies to foster user growth and meet business KPIs.
- Execute creative strategies to drive user growth and revenue through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Optimize media buying for user acquisition (UA) and re-marketing campaigns to enhance ROI efficiency.
- Monitor and control marketing campaign timelines to ensure quality and smooth delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, eCommerce, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in gaming, tech, or startups.
- Proficient in mar-tech, digital marketing platforms, social media management, automation tools, ASO, SEO, data tracking, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in email marketing including planning, execution, and analysis.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; an advantage if proficient in Japanese language.
