The successful candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, planning, and scheduling, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of all buildings and equipment;
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all facilities and events;
  • Identify and address any safety hazards or concerns and develop strategies to mitigate risks;
  • Document and track maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Building Surveying, or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in building maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role;
  • Strong knowledge of building management systems, safety protocols, and industry regulations;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
