About the Role:

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative software solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze business needs and implement technical solutions
  • Participate in cloud migration projects to ensure seamless transition of applications
  • Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
  • Work on digital projects focused on life and health insurance, enhancing system functionality and user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure high system performance and reliability

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in digital project development
  • Strong proficiency in Java, React, and JavaScript
  • Experience with cloud migration projects is highly preferred
  • Background in the insurance or financial services industry or consulting is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with life and health insurance projects is a definite plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
