Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing window system administration, including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrades, system monitoring, and health checks. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing capacity monitoring on systems and applications, providing advice and consultancy services to project teams on system architecture design, revising technical standard guidelines adhering to internal IT audit regulations, and serving as a technical advisor to junior system administrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline, with minimum 2 years of experience in Windows 10 and Windows 2016/2019 Server administration. You should have solid knowledge of technical infrastructure environments and experience in system architecture design. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 2016/2019 Active Directory, Microsoft Cluster, SCCM, and middleware products such as IIS is essential. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in window PowerShell scripting, and experience in Redhat KVM and MS Exchange is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of spoken and written English, are also required. Knowledge of Mandarin is an asset, and experience in cloud/big data architecture design, system security, ISO 20K/ITIL, IT inventory management, and IT operation automation is highly valued.
