We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Property Manager to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing and facilities management of our properties.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the property market. You will work closely with our business units and teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects, while also providing expert guidance and support to our stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property leasing and facilities management, with a strong background in real estate management, property/facility management, surveying or related disciplines. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be competent in stakeholder and people management, self-motivated, and have a strong business sense. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential, with excellent analytical, communication, and written skills. Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Marketing: Handle daily property leasing and related marketing works, including Grade A Office properties.
  • Financial Performance Analysis: Process, analyze property market/leasing financial performance data and prepare related reports.
  • Budget Preparation and Strategy Formulation: Prepare budgets and formulate marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Facilities Management: Assist in monitoring BMO and related facility management and project management works, formulate facility maintenance and repairing plans, and oversee ALL maintenance and facility management roles for owned premises/lease out properties/vacant flats.
  • Internal Approval and Coordination: Assist in preparing internal approval for property leasing and facilities repairing/capital expenses, and work closely with business units/teams to complete tasks/projects smoothly.
Requirements
  • Degree and Experience: Degree holder in real estate management, property/facility management, surveying or related disciplines, with minimum 3 years' experience in leasing of properties.
  • Licenses: Having Estate agent's Licence or Salesperson's Licence by Estate Agents Authority.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, competent in stakeholder and people management, self-motivated, and strong business sense, with good command of Chinese and English, and excellent analytical, communication, and written skills.
