Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive brand building strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Liaise with external agencies in HK & China to design and execute dynamic campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with sales channels to achieve business goals and optimize market share.
- Degree holder in marketing, business administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the personal care, skin care, and/or cosmetics industries.
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing, and social media marketing.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in China social media marketing is an asset.
The estimated salary range for this position is $HKD 45,000 - $60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
