Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Plant Management Specialist.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering or operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the shift and lead the team to ensure adherence to the waste treatment schedule.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control resources such as machinery and manpower during shifts.
  • Monitor plant processes, react to plant upsets/malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective actions to restore normal operations.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in chemical plant or process plant operations.
