**Job Summary**

Oliver James Associates is seeking an experienced CRM Solution Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our digital platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Salesforce development and ensuring that our business processes are effectively mapped with the solution and technical design.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer and vendor needs and enhance Salesforce features to meet business requirements.
  • Review and analyze business processes to ensure they are aligned with our digital strategy and technical capabilities.
  • Assist with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization to meet our business needs.
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure service level agreements are met to maintain high-quality services.
  • Design and implement data and application integration to support business growth.
  • Establish and support software configuration management processes, software engineering practices, test automation, and tools to ensure efficient delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in an IT-related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Application development in Sales/ Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle and Agile Software Development methodologies.
  • Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
  • Experience in system and database design to support business growth.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese to communicate effectively with our global teams.
