About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our eFX IT team at Crédit Agricole CIB. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business requirements, guiding developers in delivering quality solutions, and coordinating from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write specifications/stories for systems and processes as required for specific projects or the continued evolution of components, interfaces, and processes for all products within the eFX business line.
  • Manage and deliver specific work packages and projects.
  • Functional testing of enhancements in collaboration with the QA team.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of vendor software.
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with the business (front, middle, and back office, Risk, etc.).
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and keep them updated on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Update system and project documentation.
  • Provide the necessary day-to-day support for production issues.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive exposure in the following aspects of electronic trading within the FX business line:
    • FX products (Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options)
    • FX Pricing and Limit Orders
    • Interaction with multi-dealer platforms
    • FX administration and process flows including organization of static data, credit checks, STP
  • Participation in IT projects including business analysis and project or work package management.
  • Experience in FIX and API interfaces, FpML, and familiarity with data analytics such as KDB/Q.

  • Analytical competency, including ability to produce clear written information, attention to detail, and structured testing.
  • Personal attributes, including self-discipline, autonomy, and ability to provide direction and share information as required.

Technical Skills Required

  • Product knowledge (FX Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options, Deposits)
  • IT literacy
  • Good knowledge of SQL
